Description
Flavor profile
On pour over I taste strawberry and stone fruit, with astringency and notes of black tea. There's a bright overall acidity like lemon juice, and the finish is sweet like cane sugar. This is one of those Ethiopians that everyone can enjoy!
Strawberry, black tea, lemon, sugar cane
