Classic Espresso Martini Recipe
If you don’t know where to start with your coffee recipes, how about going for the classics first? This is a very simple espresso martini recipe that never fails!
Ingredients:
– 1 shot of espresso (double shot)
– 1.5 oz vodka
– 0.75 oz coffee liqueur (such as Kahlúa, or add cold brew in a pinch.)
– 1 small scoop of Ice
– 3 coffee beans, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool down to room temperature.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add the cooled espresso, vodka, and coffee liqueur to the shaker.
4. Shake vigorously until the mixture is cold and frothy.
5. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
6. Garnish with 3 coffee beans on top of the foam.
This recipe makes one serving, so feel free to adjust the amounts to make multiple drinks. Enjoy!
